Operational monitoring means reviewing flagged calls and service issues within your agreed support coverage. It is not a promise of 24/7 human staffing or emergency dispatch.
One-time setup
We work through your services, hours, service area, intake questions, pricing answers, and safety language together.
Routine requests, unusual situations, unavailable dates, and safety-sensitive calls are checked before your receptionist is ready to launch.
External calendars need your authorization and successful scheduling tests. We confirm what is ready before you rely on it.
Connected minutes are tracked by client and billing period. Smiley Nichols Reception shows 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% thresholds plus projected overage. Calls continue above the included allowance at the package rate.
Pricing questions
No. Smiley Nichols Reception is locally managed. Setup includes call-flow discovery, trade configuration, knowledge setup, scenario testing, and launch acceptance.
The internal scheduler works without another scheduling product. Google Calendar can be connected after client authorization and acceptance testing. Jobber connectivity is available, but appointment writes remain an external acceptance item until validated in an authorized account.
Clients can choose English-only or English/Spanish configuration. Bilingual launch requires a compatible multilingual voice and real-call acceptance testing.
Each client chooses no transcript storage, structured summaries, or full transcripts in the workspace. The app does not store call audio. Voice-provider recording and retention are separate settings reviewed before launch.
Luke reviews your needs, confirms the scope and price, then collects your approved business information. You test representative calls and approve the setup before phone routing is activated. An inquiry is not a purchase or an instant activation.
Report a problem from a call in your workspace, or submit a request to change hours, services or approved answers. You can track its status while the operator reviews it. Changes are not applied automatically. Human support coverage and response expectations are agreed before launch; this is not an emergency service.
The initial packages are positioned month to month. Final service terms, usage assumptions, and launch acceptance are documented before activation.
Not sure which tier?
We’ll map your missed-call pattern, scheduling complexity, and launch requirements to the smallest sensible package.
